The popular name of the church is “Friar’s church”. It was built between 1712 and 1779, getting its final form in 1928, a style between the baroque and classicism. In the east steeple of the church are two bells. The church’s 200 years organ was made by an organ maker who was born in Pécs. This is the oldest church in the main-square.
